ECCS only collects personal information that is absolutely necessary to carry out its functions. Generally this information, in most cases, is limited to; full name, postal address, email address, phone number(s).

How will ECCS collect this information?
To order products from the ECCS website, users are required to provide their name, postal address, phone number(s), email address and preferred payment method. The information is stored for future reference and use for use by ECCS. If you do not wish for your information to be stored after you have finished business dealings with ECCS, please inform our administration by emailing eccs@eccs.com.au.
What happens if you do not wish to provide your personal information?
Unfortunately, ECCS will need your personal information to process orders. If you do not wish to supply this information, we will not be able to complete business with you.

ECCS is committed to protecting your personal information and therefore only use your personal information to complete is service to you and to market special ECCS deals to you. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party.

ECCS may also use your personal information to inform you of other services provided by ECCS via your email, phone number or postal address.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement at any time to comply with the Privacy Act. We will notify you of any changes via posting the updated privacy statement on the ECCS website.
